Yes. Starter has no time limit and needs no credit card. It has limits on active invoices and clients, plus a monthly AI allowance.
What counts as an active invoice?
An invoice or draft that is not fully paid and has not been cancelled by a credit note. Fully paid invoices stop counting toward the limit.
What happens when I reach the Starter limit?
You can’t create another invoice or client until you free up room or upgrade to Pro. Your existing records stay available.
How does the Pro trial work?
The Pro trial is optional and lasts 14 days. No card is required. You can start it once per account from inside the app. Nothing is charged automatically: if you don’t subscribe, your account returns to Starter and your data stays as it is.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade any time, and manage or cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, with no cancellation fee.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pro is €199/year, billed once annually. That is about two months free compared with paying €19.99 monthly for 12 months (€239.88), a saving of €40.88.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
What happens when my AI allowance runs out?
AI drafting pauses until your next monthly allowance or until you upgrade. Invoicing, payment tracking and other non-AI features keep working.
