How does the 7-day free trial work?
Start using PayFlowAI immediately with full access to all features in your chosen plan. We'll ask for your payment information upfront, but you won't be charged until after your 7-day trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus SEPA direct debit for European customers. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice.
Is VAT included in the price?
No. All prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country.
What happens when I reach my invoice limit on the Starter plan?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade to Pro before creating your fourth active invoice. Existing invoices stay accessible and active reminders keep running, even after you've hit the cap.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, and you can export all your data before it ends. No retention emails, no calls.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Switch the toggle above to Yearly to see annual prices. Yearly billing costs 10× the monthly rate, so you get two months free versus paying monthly.
What kind of support do I get?
Starter includes email support with a 48-hour response time. Pro adds priority support, typically replying within a few hours. Growth includes a dedicated success manager and onboarding assistance.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). We're hosted in EU data centers, and we never sell or share your customer data. SOC 2 report available on request.
Can I get a refund?
If something goes wrong, get in touch and we'll make it right. For annual plans, we offer pro-rated refunds within the first 30 days.
